Featured in the 2025 edition of Northshore Home, this thoughtfully executed renovation showcases a coastal-inspired aesthetic that strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. Our clients approached this project knowing it was their forever home, and they wanted every detail to reflect that sense of permanence and personal connection. The result is a beautifully layered interior that feels curated, lived-in, and deeply personal.
In April 2025, we were honored among a talented group of architects, builders, and designers in the New Hampshire Home Design Awards. Our project, Portside Elegance, won in the Remodeling/Renovation category. Located in the charming coastal town of Newburyport, Massachusetts, this historic home has been fully renovated to enhance its classic colonial architecture while embracing a timeless coastal style. In partnership with TMS Architects and Scott Brown Architects, we have created a home that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, felt from the moment you step inside. It seamlessly blends contemporary sensibilities with coastal-inspired design throughout. We are happy to share have once again been recognized in the BONS, Best of the North Shore Awards presented by Northshore magazine. This year, we have been honored with the Editors’ Choice for the Custom Home Builder. Each year Northshore Home Magazine these awards recognize the top building and design firms located and servicing the North Shore of Massachusetts and beyond.
