Portside Elegance – Featured in Northshore Home Magazine
Located in the historic coastal town of Newburyport, Massachusetts, every detail of this home was preserved through a thoughtful collaboration with Scott Brown Architects and TMS Architects, who designed the interior of the home who made this home feel inviting and elevated with the incorporation of a transitional style throughout this grand, three-story home.

In our Seaside Masterpiece project, craftmanship and attention to each of the design details were a focus of this home renovation. Enhancing the 20th century architecture created opportunities to add gorgeous millwork throughout the home. Now, the beautiful archways frame each space and bring cohesion throughout the home.

In April 2025, we were honored among a talented group of architects, builders, and designers in the New Hampshire Home Design Awards. Our project, Portside Elegance, won in the Remodeling/Renovation category. Located in the charming coastal town of Newburyport, Massachusetts, this historic home has been fully renovated to enhance its classic colonial architecture while embracing a timeless coastal style. In partnership with TMS Architects and Scott Brown Architects, we have created a home that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, felt from the moment you step inside. Our Cliffside Estate Pool House: Boston Design Guide Feature

Classic White & Wood Kitchen Featured in Northshore Home Magazine
In November of 2022 Northshore Home wrote a piece about a kitchen that invites you to stay a while and enjoy some Italian cooking. Some of the notable features in the space include the over-sized island designed with endless gatherings in mind. The spacious layout was thoughtfully designed to invite people into the kitchen and create endless memories while cooking.
