Initial Meeting
We will meet with you onsite to discuss the timeline and priorities of your project.
Schematic Budget
Using our in-house historical data, we develop a schematic budget to give you a clear understanding of your project’s overall cost.
Contract
Once we receive the final drawing set, we will make any necessary adjustments to the estimate and review the contract with you before signing. Should your requirements change after that point, the price of the project will change.
Project Development
Once you’ve committed to CM Ragusa, we will begin assembling your dedicated project team. Working directly with your architect, we’ll develop the most effective plan to complete your project efficiently and within budget.
