Defining the Project
More than three decades of experience have shaped our thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project. We begin by meeting with you and your archietct onsite to understand how you want to live, what matters most to you, and what you hope to accomplish. From early planning and budgeting through design development and construction, we bring our construction expertise to each decision and ensuring the architect’s vision is executed with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Schematic Budget
Using our in-house historical data, we develop a schematic budget to give you a clear understanding of your project’s overall cost.
Contract
Once we receive the final drawing set, we will make any necessary adjustments to the estimate and review the contract with you before signing. Should your requirements change after that point, the price of the project will change.
Project Development
Once you’ve committed to CM Ragusa, we will begin assembling your dedicated project team. Working directly with your architect, we’ll develop the most effective plan to complete your project efficiently and within budget.
